The Work It with MG 12 Week Full Body Training Program has been developed in collaboration with world leading fitness industry educators. This Gym Training Program pairs full body weights-based workouts with cardio and accessory exercises to help you build strength and confidence no matter your training level.
What do I need for the Training Program?
A gym membership and resistance bands. The program is designed for commercial gyms and include exercises using machines that are common in commercial gyms, such as pin loaded machines, olympic racks, free weights, cardio equipment and accessories.
